Return Policy

1. All the products are non-returnable as all come under need based products category.
2. Exchanges and replacements can be accepted under some special circumstances of which the total right of approval belongs to us. (any exchange or replacement will be approved after thorough verification and is subject to approval till the returned item reaches us in resellable condition)
3. We hold the right to cancel any approved exchange or replacement under following conditions :

• if the returned product is damaged
• has signs of usage
• wrong product received

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO PICK UP ANY REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE ITEMS FROM THE CUSTOMER'S ADDRESS. THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO COURIER THE PRODUCT TO OUR LOCAL ADDRESS BEARING THE ONE-WAY SHIPPING COST.
