Warranty Coverage
• What’s Covered: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials under normal use and within the warranty period mentioned. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
• Standard Warranty products: The warranty is valid for all hearing aids with the selling price of Rs 2000/- and above for manufacturing defects only. Products other than hearing aids will be covered under warranty if mentioned in Product title/description on the website with the same conditions mentioned below;
The warranty does not cover:
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, damage by water or leakage of battery component if applicable
• Products that have been modified or repaired outside authorized service centers
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these simple steps:
1. Gather Information: Ensure you have your proof of purchase (receipt, order number) and product details (model/serial number).
2. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team via email/phone with the subject “Warranty Claim.” Provide the following information:
• Product name and model
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos or videos demonstrating the defect (if applicable)
3. Review & Processing: Our team will review your claim and will contact you within 2 business days. If the claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the product, depending on the circumstances. PLEASE NOTE WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY APPROVED REPLACEMENT IF THE WARRANTY CLAIM CONDITIONS ARE NOT FULFILLED UPON RECEIVING THE PRODUCT AT OUR STORE LOCATION.
3. Returns & Exchanges
• If your claim is approved and the product needs to be returned, the customer will ship the product to our local address bearing the one-way shipping cost
• If a replacement is necessary, we will ship the new product within 2 business days of approval.
• If a refund is to be issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment.
4. Warranty Limitations
• Suraj Surgicals is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, including loss of use or profits.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
